Dear Attendees,
We are excited to welcome you to the 2026 Colorado Republican State Assembly.
Our top priorities are Safety, Candidate Support, and Your Comfort. To help ensure a smooth and successful experience, we would like to share important information to assist you in navigating the event.
To ensure the safety of all attendees, specific procedures will be in place throughout the event. This is a closed event, and all attendees will have designated roles. Checkpoints will be located at each building each day, where you will receive a color-coded lanyard and badge identifying your role.
You are welcome to exit and re-enter the facilities; however, lanyards must be returned each time you exit and reissued upon re-entry. Entry will not be permitted without a valid lanyard and badge, and no exceptions will be made.
Guest seating will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with alternates given priority. Guests may not sit in sections designated for delegates. Hospitality rooms may be opened on Saturday for viewing the assembly on television screens, depending on availability.
To support you throughout the event, we will provide access to a web-based app, available both before and during the Assembly via signage throughout the venue. This resource will include:
We are committed to improving communication, transparency, and efficiency through these tools.
Voting will take place using paper ballots. Each county will designate a member to assist the Credentialing and Teller Committees, and each candidate may appoint a representative to observe the counting process. Ballots will be tabulated using machines to ensure efficiency, and these machines are not connected to Wi-Fi or the internet.
Vendor and candidate tables will be available on Friday at the Occhiato Student Center and on Saturday at Massari Arena, which are located within a short walking distance of one another.
On Friday, district-level assemblies for House, Senate, and Congressional districts will take place at the Occhiato Student Center:
